Metalsa collects and processes personal data, especially your name and contact details and information, you voluntarily provided to us and/or collected by Metalsa and/or our service providers to analyze the ideas you proposed to develop and share R&D, technical information and innovation, and to respond to your requests.
Most of these service providers are contractually obliged to process such personal data only on behalf of Metalsa and are located (i) in the EU/EEA, (ii) in countries for which the EU Commission has officially recognized the existence of an adequate level of data protection, including the U.S., to the extent the data recipients participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
